How Vantello handles your information.

When you contact us through this site or by phone, we collect your name, business name, email address, mobile number, and whatever you tell us about your enquiry.

When we operate a phone system on behalf of a client business, that system handles the caller's name, phone number, service address, a description of the problem, and a recording and written transcript of the call.

The site itself collects basic technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited — for security and to keep the site working.

To reply to your enquiry, to provide the service you have asked for, to dispatch urgent calls to the right person, to follow up on quotes, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not use it for anything else.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to deliver the service — for example our telephone and messaging providers, email providers, and the provider that hosts this website and processes enquiry forms — and only as needed for them to do that work on our behalf, or where we are required to share it to meet a legal obligation.

Vantello Inc. does not sell, rent, trade or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

We text you only if you have given consent by ticking the box on our contact form, or by contacting a business that uses our system. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and the form submits whether or not the box is ticked.

Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry and the service in use. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email ask.us@vantello.ca. Opting out of texts does not affect anything else we do for you.

Calls to Vantello’s own business line are recorded. We use those recordings to keep an accurate record of the enquiry and to review service quality. If you do not wish to use the recorded line, email ask.us@vantello.ca.

Recordings and written transcripts of calls handled for a client business belong to that client business. Vantello processes them on the client's behalf and holds them under the same protections as every other category of personal information described here.

Information is held in access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for or as long as the law requires.

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email ask.us@vantello.ca or write to the address below.

We will respond within 30 days.
