The terms you agree to when you use this site.
These terms govern your use of vantello.ca and the services provided by Vantello Inc., an Ontario corporation.
This is not an emergency service
Vantello is not an emergency service and is not connected to 911 dispatch. If you smell gas, see smoke, or anyone is unwell or in danger, leave the building and call 911. Do not rely on this site, on a text message, or on an automated phone system to summon emergency help.
What we provide
Vantello Inc. installs and operates automated phone, text and follow-up systems for businesses. The system takes details, decides how urgent a call is, and passes it to the people who can act on it. It does not diagnose faults, quote prices, or promise arrival times.
Text message terms
By ticking the SMS consent box on our contact form you agree to receive text messages from Vantello Inc. at the mobile number you provide, about your enquiry and the services you asked about.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. The contact form submits successfully whether or not the box is ticked, and declining texts does not affect any service you receive.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email ask.us@vantello.ca.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your number is set out in our Privacy Policy. It is never shared with anyone.
Fees and cancellation
Services are billed monthly in advance, in Canadian dollars, excluding HST. There is no minimum term; either party may cancel at any time. Voice minutes are included up to the published allowance for the tier, and usage beyond that allowance is billed at the published per-minute rate.
Your responsibilities
If you are a client business, you are responsible for keeping on-call contact details accurate, for responding to calls the system dispatches to you, and for ensuring you have lawful grounds to contact your own customers. You must not use the system to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. Vantello Inc. does not warrant that telephone networks, messaging carriers or third-party platforms will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for failures caused by them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantello Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site or the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
